All that happens
Takes place outside
Of me
I envision naught
Apathetic to my own wisdom

The masses churn
Like crazed Dervish
Enamoured by the bloodlust
Of ennui

All I can do is watch
Feeling disenfranchised
Cast aside

I would rail
Perhaps even rant
Except that I am no-one

I do not recall my name

Rather
I recant it
