Excellent Tracey, I just went and looked at your poem on the website.  It looks great. I remember Don saying it was the best poem he had read on that topic. It is a powerful poem, and is both immediate and universal, especially the ending which everyone would nod assent to, and it is so well spoken, incisive and clear, with it's background of horror and saddness.

Don is a poet's poet.  He's quick to appreciate good work and to generously point people in the right direction.
