Shan's Crap (Shannon McEwen) «
The Importance of you
Elbows pressed into cool emerald blades
Dark hair soaks up mature summer rays
Nine clovers to the right of contemplation
A fuzzy black and yellow winged worker
Goes about his day meticulously unaware
Of the absolute beauty of his movements
And the significance of our very existence

Yeh - as Derma says, an enjoyable hive of activity, from the perspective of one serenely inactive.
However hard I try, I can't leave it there, bereft of suggestions. Minor stuff, but I think you could avoid the 'of - of' rep in L6 - 'beauty in his movements' maybe?
I also wondered about the title. It suggests specific 'targetting' for a reason, though as you don't refer to 'a bee' or 'bees' in the poem, 'The Importance of Being' is another candidate, at least in my distorted microworld. No obvious parallel with the 'Wilde' play (apart from playing tenuously with 'being [in the] wild').
Hmm - in retrospect, I like it as is, spared the agonies of my peripheral pursuits :>

very nice Shannon. My only quibble woud bee that "he" (or rather "his," referring back to " A fuzzy black and yellow winged worker") is likely a "she" - though perhaps you're using the honey bee metaphor for an actual he, in which case not. But anyway, I enjoyed.
