Paganini has been writing poetry for as long as she can remember. An early family game (they had no TV until she was 14) involved making up new words to old tunes, so she quickly learned to spout rubbish that rhymed and scanned.
The first poem she remembers writing was inspired by A Midsummer's Night Dream. She was eight at the time. Sadly the text was lost many years ago though she remembers fragments. Her writing was encouraged by a teacher who allowed her to write a poem in place of the set essay, so long as it was an appropriate answer to the set question.
Paganini has a small number of works published in magazines in both UK and USA. This pleases her. She shares her life with one husband, one dog and a terrapin called Fred.
